Welcome to the behind-the-scenes of Vantza’s creation, where the art of vodka meets French tradition. Each drop is infused with the French heritage, using 100% French wheat carefully selected to ensure unparalleled quality.
Each distillation pays homage to tradition while embracing the technical advancements of our time, symbolizing the perfect union between heritage and innovation.
The process
Our vodkas are distilled five times in a column still, using only 100% French wheat. Each step of the process, from milling to fermentation, from distillation to bottling, is meticulously monitored by our master distillers, ensuring unparalleled purity and finesse.
WHEAT HARVEST
Our story begins with the meticulous harvest of wheat, a symbol of quality and authenticity. We honor the richness of the French terroir, thus establishing the foundation for our exceptional vodka.
MILLING AND FERMENTATION
The process continues with the milling of wheat, an act that transforms this noble raw material into a fine and pure substance. Fermentation, a biological dance, follows, releasing the natural sugars of wheat and creating the base alcohol that characterizes our vodka. It is here that the union between nature and technique is fully expressed.
DISTILLATION
The distillation, the soul of our craft, takes place in the column still. Repeated five times, it elevates the alcohol to an exceptional level of refinement, ensuring the distinctive quality of Vantza.
FILTRATION
After distillation, our vodka undergoes a meticulous filtration process, eliminating any impurities and ensuring crystal-clear purity.
WATER AND NATURAL FLAVORS
At this crucial stage, we add pure water and carefully selected aromas, creating the perfect balance of flavors for each Vantza, while adjusting the alcohol content to 40° or 37.5° depending on the flavor.
BOTTLING
Finally, each drop is bottled with precision, ready to captivate the most discerning palates.
